Jiangsu Senxuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., established in Apr. 2003, is registered in Rudong County, Jiangsu Province with a registered capital of CNY426.91834 million. It was acquired by Jinghua Pharmaceutical Group and became a state-owned holding subsidiary in Apr. 2012, and was listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange on Nov. 15, 2021.
The company owns five subsidiaries: Nantong Jinghua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Nantong Senxuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Shandong Luhua Senxuan New Materials Co., Ltd., Ningxia Senxuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Sutong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The trading subsidiary, Shanghai Sutong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the trade of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and Pharmaceutical intermediates; Other four manufacturing subsidiaries are mainly engaged in the R & D, production and sales of APIs, pharmaceutical intermediates and oxygen-containing heterocyclic chemical intermediates. The APIs mainly cover anti-tumor, antipyretic and analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-epilepsy etc. The Pharmaceutical intermediates are mainly for anti-AIDS, anti-epilepsy, and anti-cancer etc. The oxygen-containing heterocyclic chemical intermediates mainly include dioxolane and dioxane.
